SUMMER PLAY CAMPS

Welcome to SUMMER CAMPS 2024!

 

We are excited to provide a play-based camp experience, surrounded by the beautiful nature of Chestermere Lake. unforgettable experience during our summer camps in July and August!

 

Our goal is to provide a fantastic environment where kids can have a blast, stay active, make new friends, and learn exciting gymnastic skills.

Here's what you can expect:

1. A dedicated and experienced team who are passionate about leading our summer camps year after year.


2. A variety of engaging activities to keep kids entertained, including gymnastics, yoga, dance, sports, outdoor adventures, arts, and more!


3. Detailed daily plans to keep campers engaged and learning throughout the day.


4. Weekly themed crafts, games, challenges, and activities to spark creativity and teamwork.

 

5. A positive, welcoming, and caring environment where every child feels at home.

Our team is specially trained to work with children of all ages, ensuring a positive and supportive atmosphere where kids can build confidence and stay active all summer long!

CAMP TIMES

Half Day: 9:00 AM - 12:00 PM (except June camp which is 1:00 PM - 4:00 PM)

CAMP AGES

Our gymnastics camps are geared towards participants ages 3-8ym depending on the week. See individual camp for age restrictions.

 

PRICING

$260 for 5 days, $210 for 4 days + GST

The registration fee is included in the listed price.

All camp participants will receive a free t-shirt!

Invite friends to camp and receive a $20 credit for future events/camps.

SUMMER CAMP POLICIES

Once you are registered, we hope that nothing interferes with your child coming to Luna P.L.A.Y Camps However, if you must cancel or transfer your child’s registration for our Summer Camps, please be aware of our cancellation, transfer, and late pick-up policies:

  • If a cancellation is requested a minimum of 30 days before the first day of camp, you will receive a full refund (less a $30 administration fee) or a full credit can be applied to your account for future use (with no additional administrative fee).

  • If a cancellation is requested two weeks before the start of camp, you will receive a 50% refund (less a $30 administration fee) or a 50% credit can be applied to your account for future use (with no additional administrative fee).

  • If a cancellation is requested less than one week before the first day of camp, no refund or credit will be issued.

  • Once a credit is issued to an account, the credit amount is non-refundable. Account credits can be used towards future online purchases made at LPK and have no expiration date.

  • All camp transfers are subject to availability and must be requested a minimum of two weeks before the initial camp start date. One transfer per registration is permitted.

  • Once a transfer has been applied to a registration, no future refunds or credits will be issued.

  • If your child is ill or, for any reason, misses one or more days of camp, we will not be able to provide a partial refund.

  • After a camp commences, refunds are issued for medical reasons only and a medical certificate or doctor’s note must be provided. Medical cancellations will receive a pro-rated refund (less a $30 administration fee per cancellation) or a pro-rated credit can be applied to your account for future use (with no additional administrative fees).

  • If LPK must cancel a program offered at our facility due to unforeseen circumstances that are beyond our control (including coach illness, extreme weather, power outage, gas leak, global pandemic, etc) we will provide a full non-refundable credit on your account for any missed camp dates. *In this circumstance, only account credits are available*

  • If a child can not adhere to staff instruction and safety requirements, they will be removed from the program and a pro-rated refund (less a $30 administration fee) will be provided for the remainder of the camp.

 

Every year, unfortunately, children are turned away from our camps due to lack of available room. The more notice we have of cancellation, the better our ability to fill that space with another interested participant.
